BISP 13500 Phase 2 Payment Started
BISP 13500 phase 2 payment process has been started. Families who could not get their verification done in the first phase will be able to get Rs. 13500 by getting their registration done in the second phase.
The verification process in BISP Phase 2 will start from April 25. So, those families who have not yet done their verification will be able to start their verification process from April 25 and will be able to know whether they are eligible for this program or not. You can get your money through Easypaisa or Jazz Cash or you can withdraw your money through an ATM.
Second Phase Targets Pending Beneficiaries
The Government of Pakistan introduced Phase Two for families who were unable to get their verification done in Phase Two, under which those families can easily get their verification done and participate in the program.

If you did not complete the verification process in the first stage of BISP 13500, don’t worry, now you can check your eligibility criteria by sending your National Identification Card number to 8171 or you can get information about your eligibility through the 8171 web portal. If you are unable to complete your verification in Phase One, you will be able to complete your verification process through Phase Two after April 25.

Eligibility Criteria of BISP Phase 2
To register for BISP 13500, you must meet the criteria of this program. If you do not meet the criteria you will not be eligible for this program and your application will be rejected. The procedure for registration in BISP 13500 as prescribed by the Government of Pakistan is as follows:
Low-Income Household
Your family must fall below the poverty line based on the NSER survey.
Valid CNIC
Applicants must have a valid CNIC issued by NADRA.
Female Head of Household Preferred
Preference is given to women who are heads of poor families.
No Government Employment
You or your spouse should not be a government employee or receiving a pension.
No Land or Property Ownership
Your name shouldn’t be associated with large land or commercial property records.
No Foreign Travel History
Applicants should not have international travel history (especially to expensive countries).
Not Receiving Other Major Government Aid
You should not be receiving large support from other similar federal programs.
NSER Survey Participation
You must be registered and verified in the NSER survey. You can visit a BISP registration center if you’re not sure.
Biometric Verification Required
Your identity must be confirmed through biometric verification at the time of receiving payment.
How to Receive Payment of BISP Phase 2
You can get your payment for BISP Phase 2 in different ways. Through the first method, you will be able to receive your money after going to the retailer center and verifying your biometrics. This method is very old and the previous installments are also being received with biometric verification.
Through the second method, you can get your money from any bank through an ATM card. The Government of Pakistan will provide you with a card in which your share will be provided to you through the card. Apart from this, some families will also be given money through Easypaisa or Yes Cash

BISP Phase Two was made available to families who have not completed their verification. You can participate in this program by completing your verification in Phase Two and get an installment of Rs. 13500 every three months and complete your biometric verification and check your eligibility criteria through the 8171 web portal or via SMS.
